Goodbye November

By | Nov 30, 2012

Is it the end of November already? It seems as if a couple of days ago we were beginning the clean-up and getting somewhat back to normal after Sandy made her appearance at the end of October. For many that back to normalcy came on Halloween. For others they are still trying to get there.

And I will take this time to give my best to those who have and will be spending more days and months trying to recover and get back to normalcy.

But where did November go? I know it’s an old cliche, but it seems as if the older I get the faster the days, the months and the years go by. I know that time moves at a constant speed, but it sure seems to be going by a lot more speedier than it did when I was a child and even into my early adulthood.

Tomorrow will be the first of December. Another day closer to the end. What end? It could be the end of time, since that is predicted to occur on December 21, 2012. But 10 days after that, if we are still around to celebrate it, it’ll be the end of December, the end of 2012 and the beginning of a New Year.

Do I think that time will end anytime soon? Of course it will. At least for me since one day, as we all do, I will die and my time on earth will come to an end. But I am hoping that it won’t end on the 21st or anytime in the near future. I’m not ready to say Goodbye.

Other than to say “Goodbye November”.
